Redesigned Tape Cutter

In my high school engineering class, we visited our lower school to identify opportunities. I noticed that the teachers had to take the time to cut tape for the children to use because several children had cut their fingers on the tape blade. I redesigned the tape cutter using a razor blade on a spring-loaded actuator. The blade is obscured, making it impossible for the kids to cut themselves.
